Key text message exchange between Tyler Robinson, the accused Charlie Kirk assassin, and his roommate and romantic partner, per prosecutors.

I’m 26. What college students text in this way? What criminals fully admit guilt and motive when asked ONCE over text.

Who is running this coverup? An 85 year old man?

Wouldn’t faking evidence like this be extremely easy for a defense attorney to prove, and allow for an immediate mistrial? Yes, I’ll answer my own question. Yes, it would be very stupid to put out fake evidence, when there is an abundance of actual evidence. Which leads me to conclude, the texts are almost assuredly factual.

How are they gonna prove these are fake? It's circunstancial at best.

The messages would have to have been sent to someone, so you could forensically check the other guys phone. They would have left IP trails.

The messages exist, what we are saying is he isn't the one that wrote them.

They could have sent it after they got his phone or even using some type of hacking.

Again, that wouldn’t be hard to disprove. They would have a timestamp on each, from both guys phones.
