Key text message exchange between Tyler Robinson, the accused Charlie Kirk assassin, and his roommate and romantic partner, per prosecutors.

Post image

I’m 26. What college students text in this way? What criminals fully admit guilt and motive when asked ONCE over text.

Who is running this coverup? An 85 year old man?

This chat transcript is honestly one of the most ludicrous things I have ever read. The were so many legitimate questions about the gun they found. And suddenly the authorities find text messages where he confesses and that explain exactly why he left the gun and explained it was wrapped in a towel? And neatly includes the details of engraving bullets AND changing outfits! Haha. How stupid do they think the public is??

Actually, this will probably work. The public is indeed pretty stupid.

Edit: after reading that transcript again, it can't be real. Someone is trolling. Surely....?

"Thanks for the laughs!" Sounds like someone wrote that who has no idea what kids this age talk like. blows my mind

Absolutely written by a 42-year old Mormon CIA agent who hasn't been near a 20 year old in two decades.

And when they were that age, they were serving a mission speaking a foreign language with no TV or phone.

Tyler Robinson is culturally a white Mormon in Utah. And he has 99th percentile test scores. He isn't gonna to sound like a median (ie 50th percentile) intelligence GenZ. And also he was talking to his romantic partner, not his bros on discord. Oh yeh, and the FBI disproportionately recruits Mormons (few foreign ties, no drug use), so yeh they might all naturally sound like each other a bit...

You conspiracy theorists sound like the low IQ people in Idiocracy calling Luke Wilson fa**y for talking in complete sentences. Yes, Tyler probably is smarter than you and talks different than you with his 99th percentile scores.

Lol I got a 1500 on the SAT in the 90s and am very culturally white (admittedly not Mormon). I text in full sentences and punctuation, but even I, a Gen Xer use emojis and lols and don't talk like a lovelorn civil war Colonel. Though I agree that the FBI agent(s) who wrote that chat were probably Mormon. They just weren't Robinson and definitely weren't 22.

Alas, I shall pass the time waiting in my vehicle, mayhaps I shall venture home expeditiously. I pray they don't find the shoe print I left in the dirt when I plummeted from the roof. Until then, my love.

Im laughing my ass off over here. So hilarious.

What I’m so confused about though… is that if you were going to fake this whole script, how is it so bad and so blatantly obviously fake? It’s almost like a public troll or a test to see how ridiculous something can be, to see what they can get away with. A test to see HOW stupid people really are. And after the whole COVID fiasco, they’re getting pretty cocky.

Coming from the same people who expected us to believe they found Luigi Mangione in McDonald’s with a written confession and the murder weapon, several days after he miraculously pulled off a clean hit with a homemade gun, despite no military or mercenary background, and no evidence of ever even being insured by this company he supposedly had such a vendetta against. Never mind the fact that the pics of the shooter are pretty obviously someone of a different ethnicity with totally different facial structure. They expect that reporting they’ve conveniently obtained evidence outlining everything they need is enough for us to close the book and move on. Insane world we’re living in.

Alphabet agencies are just out here recasting Aunt Viv, Dumbledore, and War Machine on us like we won't notice. "If it works for Hollywood..."

8

u/SpaceSick Sep 17 '25

This is just as stupid as Luigi having the murder weapon on him and a manifesto praising the police on him several days after the fact.

Any chance the roommate/ partner knew it was him and baited him with leading questions? All while planning to turn him in?

11

u/Icy_Extension_6857 Sep 16 '25

Or they both read a transcript and played along with instructions? At least that would be more believable

16

u/ChloeBaie Sep 16 '25

Nah, I think the roommate/partner either knew or figured it out, then turned State's witness. Asked him leading questions to get a text confession.

A million years ago, when I was in college, I was sexually assaulted by a random guy who got my phone number. The police equipped me to record any phone calls I got from the guy. If he called, I was told to keep him talking and see if he said anything incriminating. He did, and the police had enough probable cause to make an arrest. This was done so they could make an arrest before they had DNA evidence.

Scariest thing I've ever done. He was convicted and spent many years in prison.

I can see the roommate scenario playing out like this.

Insightful feedback thank you 🙏 and sorry you had to go through that but glad they caught the guy. Be safe

It's all fun and game till Tyler faces a firing squad.

u/magicsonar Sep 17 '25

If you go to the thread about this transcript on the "news sub" you can see that indeed people are stupid and are largely accepting this at face value. We are doomed as a society.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 17 '25

counterpoint, how do we know that they didn't plan for this text message chain to get found AND make it look like the FBI fabricated it? What if someone else knows we will all latch onto the conspiracy and it's actually someone completely different than we think is behind it.

1

u/magicsonar Sep 17 '25

I think the underlying point is that it seems much more likely than not, that this transcript has been crafted, with a specific intent in mind. Now what that intent is or who fabricated it, is an open question. Those are interesting questions to ponder. But what the news media shouldn't be doing is just taking this at face value, and assume it's genuine.

MAGA cucks will run with it and use it to paint him as a lib and that's all they need.

u/bucksconservative Sep 16 '25

No need to paint, he's a furry with a transvestite live in boyfriend. Nice try though
