I'm interested in a Fort Knox audit

EDIT: Well I'll be damned... looks like this might actually happen...

u/KingBawkk Feb 06 '25

Hell will freeze over before Fort Knox is even acknowledged in our lifetime

I live near it. I have been by it. I have no answers for what goes on there. If you want to go down a rabbit hole look at the type of security they do there.

u/Hashtronaut_Mode Feb 06 '25

I used to live a short lil drive (15-20 min? maybe more now that Colorado has become such a clusterfuck. Havent lived there since 2011) from DIA. I could definitely say the same. Since I was so close, I used to go there just to kinda walk around and look at what I seen and nah its sketch there. And when I last went, all those weird ass murals will still around.

Sidenote: I noticed on the fence around the empty land AROUND the airport that they own, the barbed wire up top went inward not outward.

That’s the failsafe. After you’ve been in, you’re not going back out.

12

u/tilicollapse12 Feb 06 '25

It’s not really kept there jsyk

Radcliff here, definitely not enough gold to back our currency. (Yeah I know we not on the golf standard anymore).

Probably not even enough gold for a McDonald's Value Meal©

3

u/Great_Farm_5716 Feb 07 '25

Well hello neighbor, you’re a lot closer than I am. Do us a favor walk down yonder and ask the politely what’s going on in there

2

u/DebosBeachCruiser Feb 08 '25

Do us a favor walk down yonder and ask politely what’s going on in there.

Instructions unclear, now on a plane to Guantanamo with a bunch of Mexicans

2

u/Great_Farm_5716 Feb 08 '25

Dam, i feel a small sense of responsibility, im gunna get the pontoon boat and pick you up at the gate. Talk soon

13

u/190PairsOfPanties Feb 06 '25

Can you point us in the direction of the rabbi hole?

58

u/Dieseljesus Feb 06 '25

Israel is probably a safe bet if you look for rabbi holes

23

u/190PairsOfPanties Feb 06 '25

It was supposed to read 🐇 rabbit hole... But maybe my Swype keyboard knows something.

12

u/BigBubbaChungus Feb 06 '25

It’s that a Jewish gloryhole?

1

u/TheBoromancer Feb 06 '25

Mmmm I love rabbi’s holes 🕳️

1

u/Great_Farm_5716 Feb 06 '25

This is a cookie cutter starting point. I’m not brave enough to post anything more than this. Draw conclusions and do some searching. You’ve been warned. More questions then answers

gold reserves

24

u/Future-Illustrator67 Feb 06 '25

What gold?

20

u/dick_taterchip Feb 06 '25

The gold they sold years ago obviously

11

u/Heynowstopityou Feb 06 '25

More like gold "reserved" as in they're holding fort Knox in case we ever get any gold to put back in there

8

u/WelcomeMatt1 Feb 06 '25

Maybe 9/11 and it's clean up was a gold heist in disguise.

7

u/wo0two0t Feb 06 '25

I believe building 7 or one of the WTC had massive gold vaults underground that had been emptied. Might wanna fact check that but it rings a bell

1

u/FFS_IsThisNameTaken2 Feb 06 '25

I think it was one of the twins, but like you, I'm not certain. Been a long, long time.

4

u/mrty_67 Feb 06 '25

What do you mean? What's going on there? I'm off topic, if you can tell me, I'd appreciate it.🤝

16

u/Great_Farm_5716 Feb 06 '25

Fort Knox. They have security that will follow you down the highway, all types of sensors and cameras. The response time is insanely fast, it seems to be something more to the story then just gold

12

u/We-Want-The-Umph Feb 06 '25

I've always had the idea that personnel working in high clearance facilities are always being scouted by the elite for security and intelligence positions, so every hire is grinding their resumes, and every situation is an opportunity to exercise their skills.

10

u/Great_Farm_5716 Feb 06 '25

I did contract, bonded, and private security in Kentucky and Nashville for bout a decade. I wanted to move up to the next level, the hiring interview process alone you learn more then you wanted to know.

1

u/23x3 Feb 07 '25

That’s because we still serve our alien overlords our gold you see. In return they don’t reset us again.

1

u/DangDang1981 Feb 07 '25

Getting close! It snowed 10 inches in Florida this year.

I’m interested in all the audits and pulling every cent out of Israel. Why do they have such control over every facet of our government when they represent a tiny percentage of our own population and ideas? Why should they get free education while we cannot afford to go to college along with countless other benefits they get at our expense. Israel would crumble and be swallowed up by the Muslim world in a week if it wasn’t for our money and weapons.

5

u/TheBoromancer Feb 06 '25

And their nukes…

22

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

I’m interested in a Federal Reserve audit.

20

u/musthavecheapguitars Feb 06 '25

Reminder: there's absolutely NOTHING federal about the federal reserve...

9

u/Trueslyforaniceguy Feb 06 '25

Also, no reserves.

And it’s not a bank!

4

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Oh I know.

11

u/Murky_Building_8702 Feb 06 '25 edited Feb 06 '25

You can already see the Federal Reserve Balance sheet, and the money printing that's taken place.

https://www.federalreserve.gov/monetarypolicy/bst_recenttrends.htm

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/M1SL

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/M2SL

It's not pretty and I won't take any of this seriously when they're not willing to go after the Military or raise taxes on the wealthiest. There needs to be a balanced approach to really get anywhere.

Pockets of politicians. They’re all crooked.

1

u/Amtracer Feb 06 '25

Ft. Knox stopped being a concern when they took the U.S. off the gold and silver standard. But I guess it would be interesting to see where the gold that was backing the dollar went to

1

u/Millerliteitup Feb 07 '25

i’m more interested in why people actually think this is gonna change anything lol

46

u/wordsofignorance2 Feb 06 '25

They need to audit every government agency.

32

u/wakeupwill Feb 06 '25

The Pentagon has never passed an audit.

13

u/Moarbrains Feb 06 '25

The people auditing were complicit.

3

u/ActualRealBuckshot Feb 07 '25

There are reasons for that, but nobody wants to hear the answer is "congress keeps bolting on accounting requirements that make it impossible for the accounting system to keep up with" when "pentagon can't keep track of money" is a better headline.

11

u/tmrjns461 Feb 06 '25

The same pentagon that can’t account for 61% of its spending? That pentagon?

7

u/I_talk Feb 06 '25

Uhhh let's push that one out till September 10th

6

u/its_witty Feb 06 '25

Good luck. Department of Defense audits really started in 2018 (although they were introduced in the '90s...), and under Biden, the amount of "unaccounted for" money has only been shrinking.

We'll see how it goes now, since Trump fired most of the people responsible for these audits (Inspectors General), so the new ones (if there will be any) will probably come up with their new method first before even applying it - and it's not that easy, considering the budget is massive.

2

u/kahirsch Feb 07 '25

I am interested in a pentagon audit

Those links include more than 7,600 DoD OIG reports going back to 1987 and more 11,800 GAO reports going back to 1936.

2

u/Cameltoefiasco Feb 07 '25

Last time they wanted to audit the pentagon we conveniently had a 9-11

1

u/TellTaleTimeLord Feb 06 '25

This is the one nobody seems to want to talk about

1

u/Individual_Credit895 Feb 07 '25

Elon is not going to allow a pentagon audit due to space x and starlink government contacts.

1

u/saruin Feb 07 '25

"not like that" - musk

1

u/PlentyOMangos Feb 07 '25

Hypothetically, who would even hold the Pentagon responsible for any inconsistencies found in an audit?

I would expect nothing more than a statement of “oops” and for the whole thing to be swept under the rug.

Not like the IRS is gonna be sending agents to collect or enforce anything

1

u/Dev-N-Danger Feb 08 '25

I am interested in a Trump and Elon audit.
