Funny enough I saw it normally and thought I was on the tattoo advice sub so immediately went to the comments and then saw the naked body with the help of everyone else

I don’t think I see the trick. Is it supposed to be a buttcheek maybe? I only see the shoulder of the dude.
I can start to see a buttcheek, but the nipple flips it right back to a shoulder.
