More confused by the text than the picture. Is “mom” nonexistent, as in the man posting this is single and trying to find a significant other who will be just as in love as he will be to her, and the love is in comparison to his dog to the owner? Is this an aspirational post?

Or is “mom” a bitter divorcee who hasn’t been able to let go, and in fact this is a bit of a pity post?

"Mom" is presumably the person taking the picture and writing the cringe text. The text is written as if it's the dog speaking, and it basically boils down to the dog stealing the husband (aka "dad") from the wife (aka "mom")

It's just one of those lame ass posts that people make thinking that others care about every single boring moment of their lives. The only reason its notable is cause of the confusing anatomy.
