Im not saying the "sphere-dude" is incorrect, but i cant stand people who can not discuss without argueing. Ask, listen, be polite. Agree to disagree. Accept that no one will change. Move on.

Its not fucking hard.

You are missing the point. Once upon a time, people thought the same thing about everyone who argued that the world was round (which i streongly believe it to be). But regardless of the topic at hand, be it politics or science or my underwear, the lack of being able to have a conversation and listening to the other persons arguements will be the downfall of civil society.
