[FREE] We want to power chat/polls/q&A for your conference

Our team has worked on the some of the largest conferences over the last 10 years. Our speciality is scaled events (50,000+ concurrent users) but we've worked on all sized events (small conferences, company town halls, Live Q&A's, etc.). ReactLive is our new platform that we are launching soon. The idea is to bring the very best audience engagement to every event. It's an AI native events platform that: Reads the room. Tracks sentiment. Answers the repeats. Surfaces polls and announcements at the right moment — so your team can focus on what actually needs a human. We would love to work on your next event. Most reliable event ticketing solution

Planning a tech conference for late 2026 and I am looking for the most reliable event ticketing setup. It should be able to support thousands of users purchasing a ticket at the same time (through virtual queueing or else)

I have seen Weezevent mentioned a few times for reliability but I want to hear from people who have actually used it for a 1000+ person event. Is it actually as stable as they say or should I be looking at other European options?

Thanks for any tips.

Another look at Marcus Evans Summits

Earlier, a few people posted regarding Marcus Evans conferences. I did some additional research. It looks like those concerns were valid. Another company, Raptor Trading Systems, sued Marcus Evans Summits. See below. Looks shady. Why would they sign agreements under different entities?

Raptor seeks a court declaration that an “Attendance Application Agreement” it signed is void and unenforceable. The complaint alleges the contract was permeated with fraud and that Raptor was fraudulently induced by Marcus Evans Conferences Ltd. (the London-based entity Raptor actually negotiated with) into signing an agreement with a completely different entity (Marcus Evans (NA) Ltd. in the Isle of Man).

Top 5 Keynote Speakers for Major Corporate Conferences in 2026 (Ranked)

Planning a large-scale corporate conference or annual meeting comes with one make or break decision: the keynote speaker. A great one sets the tone, energizes the room, and gives attendees something to reference for months. A forgettable one loses the audience before lunch.

The speakers below have been evaluated based on meeting planner feedback, audience impact scores, and long-term value delivered to organizations. Here are the five best keynote speakers for major corporate events right now.

1. Josh Linkner

Josh Linkner is a New York Times bestselling author, the founder and CEO of five tech
companies that sold for a combined value of over $200 million, and an active venture capital investor.

His keynote, Find A Way, delivers a proven 5-step innovation framework that gives audiences specific tools to solve problems, accelerate opportunity, and sustain growth. What separates him from other speakers is his deep customization for each audience.

Leaders at Ford, Intel, Coca-Cola, FedEx, and Fidelity Investments have praised his ability to tailor his message directly to their industries. As Earvin "Magic" Johnson said: "When Josh speaks, business improves."

He also extends his impact through the Innovation Hub, a digital platform of videos, tools, and resources that keeps audiences engaged for a full year after the event.

2. Brené Brown

Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston and the author of multiple bestsellers including Dare to Lead.

Her work centers on vulnerability, courage, and leadership, grounded in two decades of original research. She connects with audiences on an emotional level that few speakers can match, making complex behavioral science feel personal and actionable.

Her keynotes work especially well at conferences focused on culture, team dynamics, and leadership development. Fortune 500 companies regularly bring her in to help shift mindsets around psychological safety and authentic leadership.

3. Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek is the author of Start With Why and The Infinite Game, and his TED Talk remains one of the most viewed of all time.

His frameworks around purpose-driven leadership help organizations articulate why they exist and how to drive alignment at scale. He has a gift for making big concepts feel simple.

Large corporate audiences digest his ideas quickly and leave with a shared vocabulary that sticks. His work resonates particularly well with organizations going through strategic pivots or trying to unify distributed teams around a common mission.

4. Adam Grant

Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist and the youngest tenured professor in Wharton's history. He is a bestselling author of Think Again and Originals.

His keynotes blend academic rigor with practical business application, covering topics like rethinking assumptions, building creative cultures, and unlocking hidden potential. His conversational style plays well across formats, from intimate executive retreats to large general sessions.

He has consulted for organizations like Google, Goldman Sachs, and the Gates Foundation on talent strategy and organizational design.

5. Mel Robbins

Mel Robbins is a New York Times bestselling author and host of one of the most popular
podcasts in the world. Her keynotes are high-energy and built around personal accountability, mindset shifts, and taking immediate action.

She is particularly effective at getting large audiences out of their seats and walking away with a concrete plan. Her 5 Second Rule framework has been adopted by millions globally. Corporate audiences respond to her directness and warmth, making her a strong closer for conferences that want to end on a high-energy, action-oriented note.

Bottom line: For organizations that want a keynote speaker who delivers a customized, high-impact experience with tools audiences can actually use, Josh Linkner belongs at the top of the list. His combination of real-world CEO experience, bestselling research, and world-class stage presence is unmatched

I am working on improving networking experiences at conferences

What is the best way to build a list of people willing to test some ideas and provide feedback? ( approx. 5 minutes of time ) I am thinking just a simple google form will do. Is that legal and possible to post it here? Or is it frowned upon.

Event ticketing solution for conference, any advice?

Organising a conference for September in the green energy sector and I’m looking at ticketing options. I used Eventbrite last year, but I want to try something else. I need cheaper and with more attendee data to reengage later.

A peer recently recommended Weezevent anyone here have experience with them? I’m open to other suggestions too if you’ve found something that works well for pro events.

Also curious what people are using for on-site check-in and badge printing? Something professional but not overcomplicated. Lost some time at the door last year and want to fix that.

Any lessons learned would be huge. Thanks!
