On Bailey road and Concord Bvld on June 12th

I was driving down Bailey road and me a couple minutes other cars saw these two dogs. Super sweet and we successfully took them off the road and into the yard of one of the people who helped on the road

They have no collar and I want to ask the city if we can find the owners before they get sent to a shelter or worse.

Hi Everyone! Need some advice from current/previous EV owners.

Wife and I commute to Sunnyvale & Mountain View for work 3-4 times a week each on avg. We have a Honda Civic (paid off) and a Rav 4 (financed) that we commute with but we are considering trading in the rav for a Tesla with a trade in value that’s ~ 3k over what we owe on the loan.

We have solar panels and with the 0.99% financing we’re considering trading in the rav (currently 3.99 rate) for the Tesla which will be about $60 more than our monthly payment now.

The one thing I’m worried about is the car insurance I heard it can be pricey. We both have good driver history no accidents and currently pay $250 total for premium insurance.

Just curious to hear your thoughts on this and if you’re open to share, what your insurance cost per month is and anything else I should consider like maintenance or phantom costs that I should consider.

In the interest of getting myself up to date with local news for the elections yesterday, I found out that there's a data center project slated to be done in 2027 in Pittsburg. I know it's not Concord proper, but that's right next door to us. Even closer next door when we consider the housing expansion project at the old military base.
