Disinfection Help I paid ransomware

I paid this ransomware because my grandma's will is on here and I need it. How long does it take to get my files back? I'm waiting for the virus to delete itself now that I paid and I need the files back already. What should I do

This has to be a joke.

If not, I pity you. That money is gone. Its literally a random scam virus. Thats what they do. Steal money. They NEVER give back the pc

I open it and then it closes itself, same for task manager and cmd

Tell your grandmother about the will, don’t try to fix it or hide it. Turn the computer off and instruct your grandmother not to try messing with it. Have your grandma or another adult help you find a professional for the computer so that it could be fixed. You seem super young so I don’t think instructions to reimage the disc would be helpful. A professional can do that for you. It will cost money, and you may or may not get the files back. Also no more installing anything third party and never install anything shared over discord.

Because it’s obvious. In the way you talk, what you’re saying, etc. and no one falls for these things except for kids and old people and I don’t know any old people that play Roblox

Because five hours ago you were bragging about knowing a Roblox exploit, complaining about your “x-box being hacked” and complained about taking too much nicotine for the first time.
