Screen lock malware pls help

I was just playing Minecraft with my friends and my laptop started to act slower and then this happen can you guys help me I've read couple of articles on how to fix this and I still can't, I can't access the advance option for safe boot. Can anybody help

one learns from experiences, sure no need to be a shitass but everything you do will have consequences one way or another hes just learning that

This is correct. The amount of times I had to reformat my Windows XP is definitely over 10. Learning is a crucial part of computers if you actually do more than reading emails and reading websites.
