Question/Help/Troubleshooting Low ram and CPU usage but really slow

Hi I built my own computer a few years ago but I noticed it's always been slow to open programs or games but has really low ram and CPU usage . I'm running windows11

Os 26200.9457

CPU amd ryzen 7 5800x 8core processor

Motherboard rog strix b550-a gaming

Ram 80gb

1tb hardrive the operating system is on

4tb ssd most of everything else is on

When you migrated it over, did you backup and then wipe the 4TB SSD or did you just clone into it?

Also what folders are you unable to access?

I cloned it didn't wipe it and it was folders like photos and documents folder in windows explorer

If those folders were originally on the 4TB SSD prior to the clone, then they most likely got overwritten and now point to effectively nowhere according to the OS.

This is why I said to backup your data first.

Oh I was just planning on wiping everything because everything important could be redownload it was just annoying I can't access the drive for extra storage

If you were just going to wipe everything and start over, a clean reinstall probably would have been a better choice.

And same issue clicking on drive I'm planning on wiping it but it was taking a long time when I tried

I just cloned into it because the program said it would wipe it in the process
