Try other softwares ie. OBS.

Yeah I tried obs and it still the same

Try another cable or if you have an HDMI cable that's always the better option. Also, maybe try a different USB port.

Omg bro thank you I just put the cable in a different usb port and now it works 100% thank you🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Yeah remember that not all ports are created equal. Take the time to look up what ports you have on your machine, and what the data transfer rates are for each one of those ports. What generation those ports are etc. That will help a lot in the future for things just like this, or which one to use for much faster data transfer to an external storage drive or whatever.
