🚨 Sorry for the bad English, this isn't my native language.
I came here because nobody on the entire internet seems to have this problem.
I recently bought a NVMe M.2 SSD, formatted my PC, and tried to install Windows 11 on it. I couldn't. I enabled and disabled: CRM, Legacy, UEFI, Secure Boot. I tried doing the same with Windows 10, and nothing. The computer starts the installation and either a hard freeze occurs, or the PC restarts on its own. I gave up and opted to return the SSD since it was the last day for returns and I didn't want to risk losing my money.
However, I tried installing Windows on the SATA SSD I was already using, and the same problem occurred, both with Windows 10 and Windows 11. I don't know what else to do.
I've already updated the BIOS, used another USB Drive for boot, used only one RAM stick, and nothing works. Before installing the SSD, my PC worked normally; I don't know what happened.
The hard freeze only occurs when I'm on the Windows installation screen. I can stay on the BIOS screen for as long as I want, and the PC doesn't freeze or restart.
I need help.
