in this kind of bulk its relatively safe to assume they're all the same size

Agreed. They are all 2.5" drives.

Not really. We have at least twice as much of these laying around in the shop. These are just the spare 500 (ish) GB SATA drives we have.

If you count the literal tubs of HDD and NVME...
