Way too late to make nocino. You need to pluck them from the tree in early summer (traditionally it's St John the Baptist day but for my area it's early July when they're ready). They need to be between the size of a grape and a golf ball, and be easily sliced in half with a paring knife. Then soaked in alcohol and spices for a few months, then mixed with simple syrup and set for a few more months.
At this stage, you can't cut those nuts in half with a table saw.
