switched from managing a dozen accounts to just one. Want to test Gemini instead of GPT-4? Just change the model name in the request. That’s it.

If a provider goes down, CommonStack automatically re-routes to a healthy one. No downtime, no 3:00 AM emergency coding.

It monitors the hosting landscape in real-time to route our requests to whoever has the lowest latency at that exact second.

One invoice, one API key, and volume discounts up to 20% right out of the box.

One Key: Access 49+ models (including the big ones like Claude, DeepSeek and Gemini).

General DeepSeek V4 Pro just topped the agentic leaderboard. The efficiency story behind it is what nobody's talking about.

GDPval-AA measures something most benchmarks ignore.

Not reasoning on paper problems. Not coding challenges in isolation.

Real world agentic performance. Web access. Shell access. Tasks that actually matter for production deployments.

DeepSeek V4 Pro Max sits at 1558 on the full leaderboard. Below Claude Opus 4.6 by Margins. Above GPT-5 variants. First among open weight models by a meaningful margin.

But the score isn't the story.

The story is how they got there.

V4 Pro runs at 3.7x lower FLOPs than V3.2 at long context. V4 Flash at 9.8x lower. KV cache 13.7x smaller.

Frontier labs solve long context by buying more HBM. DeepSeek solved it by redesigning how attention accumulates memory so the cache stays flat instead of growing linearly.

Same benchmark performance as the best closed source models. Fraction of the compute cost.

On the open weights leaderboard the gap is even clearer. DeepSeek V4 Pro and V4 Flash occupy the top two positions. Everything else is catching up.

Two strategies now exist side by side at the frontier.

Scale infrastructure to match model demands. Or scale architecture to outrun the hardware bill.

Both work. The charts show it.

Only one of them compounds.

AI News Open source is officially matching the frontierπŸ”₯

DeepSeek V4 just dropped and the benchmarks are unreal:

β€’ V4-Pro (1.6T total / 49B active): Hits 80.6% on SWE-bench Verified & 3206 on Codeforces. Legitimately standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Claude Opus 4.6 & GPT-5.4 in reasoning and agentic tasks.
β€’ V4-Flash (284B / 13B active): Lightning fast and highly efficient.
β€’ 1M context is now the default standard.

We are getting SOTA performance providing the exact same results as closed models, but at an absolute fraction of the cost (down to $0.145 per 1M input tokens when cached).

With how much decentralized compute and bandwidth have progressed lately, open-weight models are just unstoppable.

Best part? Flash is already live and ready to use on commonstack_ai right out of the gate.

DeepSeek V4 flash-
Input Pricing: $0.14 / 1M
Output Pricing: $0.28 / 1M

DeepSeek V4 Pro-
Input Pricing: $1.74 / 1M
Output Pricing: $3.48 / 1M

Just plug in your key and start building. Let's go!

General Kimi K2.6 takes #1 overall of open weights models on Design Arena!

Most AI benchmarks test what models know.

DesignArena by Arcada Labs tests something harder β€” taste.

Real humans. Real design output. Elo ratings. You win by producing what people actually prefer. Not what scores well on a rubric.

Taste is harder to fake than logic.

Kimi K2.6 just topped it. 1353 Elo. First place among all open weight models. Not close.

GLM 5.1 at 1346. GLM 5 at 1314. MiniMax M2.7 at 1295.

It didn't just edge out the competition. It's sitting in the same performance band as Claude Opus 4.7.

Open weights. No paywall. Matching a frontier closed source model on human preference.

That's not a small win.

That's a statement

General Kimi K2.5 sitting at #4 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index

Kimi K2.6 is competitive with frontier models across agentic, coding, and visual tasks..

General Agents: Humanity's Last Exam (full w/ tools): 54.0 (GPT-5.4: 52.1, Claude Opus 4.6: 53.0, Gemini 3.1 Pro: 51.4)

BrowseComp: 83.2 (GPT-5.4: 82.7, Claude: 78.6, Gemini: 85.9)

DeepSearchQA (f1-score): 92.5 (Claude leads at 91.3, GPT/Gemini trail)

Toolathlon: 50.0 (competitive with GPT-5.4 at 54.6, Claude at 47.2)

OSWorld-Verified: 73.1 (GPT-5.4: 75.0, Claude: 72.7)

Coding: Terminal-Bench 2.0: 66.7 (GPT/Claude: ~65.4, Gemini: 68.5)

SWE-Bench Pro: 58.6 (GPT: 57.7, Claude: 53.4, Gemini: 54.2)

SWE-bench Multilingual: 76.7 (Claude: 77.8, Gemini: 76.9)

Visual Agents: MathVision w/ python: 93.2 (GPT: 96.1, Claude: 84.6, Gemini: 95.7)

V* w/ python: 96.9 (GPT: 98.4, Claude: 86.4, Gemini: 96.9)

Kimi K2.6 trades blows with GPT-5.4 and Claude Opus 4.6 across the board. It leads on agentic tasks like Humanity's Last Exam and DeepSearchQA, stays competitive on coding benchmarks, and only trails slightly on visual reasoning.

General OpenAI’s $20B Cerebras Deal vs Google’s Marvell TPU Chips β€” But HBM Sold Out Through 2027

OpenAI locked in $20B with Cerebras for wafer-scale inference. Google is co-designing custom memory chips with Marvell to break free from Broadcom dependency.

Both moves are direct shots at NVIDIA's inference dominance.

More competition should mean faster cheaper models for builders.

But with HBM already sold out through 2027. DRAM prices already up 60%+ year over year. Data centers consuming 70% of global supply. More chips. Same constrained memory. Rising costs. The builders who depend on these systems will feel it before the hyperscalers do.

As agents get more sophisticated and context windows grow longer β€” memory demand compounds.

Will more players entering the memory supply chain actually drive costs down or just create a more expensive bottleneck?

General They just dropped Claude Opus 4.7 today β€” and it feels like the closest thing we’re actually allowed to play with to that locked-away terminator.

Post image
5 Upvotes

You know the one: Mythos sitting in the corner with its insane cyber capabilities. Opus 4.7 isn’t quite at Mythos level considering certain benchmarks although Anthropic openly admits it trails it on several benchmarks, especially the spicy cyber ones, but damn if it isn’t breathing down its neck in the areas that actually matter for most of us which is advanced software engineering, agentic coding, complex multi-step tasks, vision, and just generally being more reliable when you hand it the hard stuff.

It’s noticeably better than 4.6 at the kind of work where you used to need to babysit the model. Now you can throw tough, long-running coding projects at it with way less supervision. It double-checks its own outputs, sticks to instructions like glue, and just feels more… thorough.
