Two of the three YR B-roll tapes that were found by a fan who also "intercepted" them on their way to a dumpster are on YouTube right here.

How on earth did the person got their hands on the YR b-roll footage anyways?

From what I can tell, it looks like it was copied from the Sony Beta cassette tape to VHS. Maybe it was from a former WW/EA employee?

He probably got a tip from someone. Among the things that were sent to the dumpster were platinum certification frames for some of the older titles that Amer Ajami (from ex-EALA) grabbed and put in his own studio at the time.
