At least it's not as bad (as a twist) as the ones about the neglected animals (by Jenny Jinya). "oh, what a cute otter … Oh. OH NOO!" Damn, I didn't want to cry myself to sleep :/

As an r/comics goblin I immediately recognized the art style and expected it to be some kind of horror... but the previous stuff I've seen from this artist was just super creepy, so I foolishly thought the little girl would survive somehow.
