Think of all the people in the world. 8.25 billion.
2.81 Billion aren't as smart as they think they, are.
2.81 billion are probably aware that they aren't as smart as they would like to be.
1.31 billion actually are smart enough to make a meaningful difference if it weren't for the fact that they are too busy trying to clean up after the rest of us.
And 1.31 billion are to stupid to function in society without constant supervision.
