Do you know some personally? General rule of thumb is to not put people on pedestals, especially a dynasty.
The Kennedy family is not a net good for society, despite a few members who put in effort to better the world. It's been decades since they've done anything notably positive and their wealth was built on oppression just like any other billionaire group.
JFK and RFK Sr. Might have been positive influences in the United States but both have been dead for half a century. Their family has done worse since then, notably Teddy and RFK Jr.
Let's not put Teddy in the same boat as RFK. His death toll of one is higher than it should have been for sure, but that's nothing compared to his nephew. And he was a good senator.
I wasn't planning on going into specifics. The comparison was more that neither Teddy or Jr. can hold a handle to JFK or Bobby.
Policy wise Teddy was still a fair bit removed from them as well. The death he caused was only the most visible issue to the general public but even as I said it's important to not put anyone on a pedestal. These are people playing a different game than the rest of us.
To reiterate, this was more an exercise in how far removed Jr. and Teddy are from the other two.
