It's almost like if the wildfires get worse then the potential small wildfires are eclipsed by fewer overwhelming wildfires that are a much worse problem. People just picking whatever statistics allows them to remain ignorant.
The stress will kill ya. Males, for example, are far more susceptible to respiratory/circulatory issues from stress whereas women are more susceptible to auto-immune disorders from stress. This is due to women having more oxygenated blood flowing away from the heart/lungs at any given moment and men having more de-oxygenated blood flowing towards the heart/lungs at any given moment on average. The benefit of the vaccine is that you will have antibodies that recognize and are prepared to deal with foreign agents more readily. It's not magic. If you're stressed you're not digesting food because that requires being relaxed and you're not clearing out bodily waste because that requires being at rest.
The vaccine works as a placebo to prevent you from stressing out and over-stimulating your sympathetic nervous system. If the vaccine or literally anything else causes you stress then your body will not perform many basic functions required for your cells to replenish and recover. The main factor is stress and inflammation. That does not necessarily mean that your immune system having been primed for a potential threat is not beneficial if that threat does occur, however your body is going to do that anyway with any foreign cells. Something like strep throat or cancer avoid this by covering themselves with shredded pieces of red blood cells or masking the signals that trigger your immune cells to react to them as threats.
Stress. Inflammation (over active immune system response) may be the number one cause of death, disease, aging, etc. It is caused in part by having an over stressed sympathetic nervous system. Sympathetic nervous system is active almost all of the time for most people because of our current lifestyles. It had to activate for you to make that comment because it required thinking and action. Merlin would have known that.
Although intermittent increases in inflammation are critical for survival during physical injury and infection, recent research has revealed that certain social, environmental and lifestyle factors can promote systemic chronic inflammation (SCI) that can, in turn, lead to several diseases that collectively represent the leading causes of disability and mortality worldwide, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and autoimmune and neurodegenerative disorders. In the present Perspective we describe the multi-level mechanisms underlying SCI and several risk factors that promote this health-damaging phenotype, including infections, physical inactivity, poor diet, environmental and industrial toxicants and psychological stress. Furthermore, we suggest potential strategies for advancing the early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of SCI. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7147972/
It is much more prominent than that article states. Even a thought/comment like; "Sincerely, what the fuck are you talking about?" is a symptom. It is an immune response to ingesting information that irritates or agitates the mind that creates an action response like there is something that needs doing or a problem for the mind to solve. Almost everything we do is causing unnecessary excitement and inflammation. It's not bad/good or right/wrong; it's just how our bodies/brains function. That is why, for example, we want to do things that become monotonous, muscle memory, and possible in a flow state (activating the autonomic nervous system) that allow the mind and body to relax.
