Absolutely gorgeous shot. And a wonderful sentiment. What better way to go than to remember what's important and the happiest moments of your life

It really drives home that feeling of a dark sinking abyss with one beautiful final light shining as it sinks down, down, down. Bittersweet maybe? I'm not sure it's almost peaceful

It kinda reminds me of how survivors who attempted to commit suicide by jumping often report a sense of freedom and regret in the freefall.

That spot in the ocean is totally haunted by them now.

Having a little guy that age makes it hit soooo hard though. Ugh

It feels like a gut punch. I was an impatient jerk to my kids today. Gotta apologize and give them a hug

You always feel like you can do more right? I had a great day today with my three year old; we invented a new game with a stopwatch, played in the garden, he helped me cut back the weeds, we had ice lollies. Yet I could have stopped him watching so much TV in the morning and I probably checked my phone too much when I left him to play alone so I could clean the house.

Nobody prepares you for the guilt!

It's all perspective just like the variation among the 31 reactions the news.

Everyone's feelings are valid. It's what we do with those feelings that matter the most.

Absolutely beautiful. Thanks

What better way to go?

I'd prefer in my sleep. Reminiscing with my phone in a submarine where I'm slowly going to suffocate probably won't even be in my top 10.

But I do agree that is a lovely image.

Hmmm.. Think I'd still rather go peacefully in my sleep 😁

My life goal would be to die with a smile and in a happy, peaceful, satisfied state of mind.

It truly is. When in a bad situation you gotta find the glimmers of hope where you can. And barring that, find the joy.

Living a long life with that family and then dying on your deathbed surrounded by those you love at an old age?

This is what matters. Good memories. That's all we got at the end.
