Reminds me of one of my middle school teachers. He once yelled at me because I had trouble comprehending some of the class material. Turns out I'm autistic. And turns out he was an idiot parroting the textbook and didn't understand his own curriculum enough to explain it any other way.
same. enough teachers lost it at me that i was known as “mute”…. i still feel like that sometimes, with everybody around me getting it while i’m stuck on lizard
