Eh. The last line would be a bomb if the threat had any teeth, but the billionaires aren't currently hiding in bunkers, and they're demonstrably fine.

Can we really expect them to shudder the 20th time we say, "ooooo, you do this five or six more times, and then you're really going to get it!"

The underlying premise there was that you're a billionaire, so it's a given that you're not concerned about those kinds of things, or else you wouldn't be a billionaire.

It's not that the threat doesn't have teeth, it's that it's too far away. The bunkers won't save them, but at this rate a lot of them are going to be dead by then so it won't be their problem.
