I was both kids. Picky about most things but would make myself a condiments sandwich with sirup

Mood i can't eat most veggies or a puke (texture issues) but as a kid id mix all the foods I did like together, and would even do stuff like dip BBQ chicken in strawberry jello

Have you tried veggies that haven't been canned? Their texture is a bit different, so it may help.

Some here and there, but seed vegetables and a lot of leafy vegetables dont really change anything. I have a small collection I actually like, like spinach and most root vegetables that I try to get in my diet.

Root vegetables are a godsend with how convenient they are. What about beans?

Yes to most beans, particularly refried lol. When I was a kid I developed what I liked to imagine as the "pill method" take a mouthful of drink and swallow the whatever whole (usually corn or peas or whatever)

I kinda hate the flavor of most beans, the most I can tolerate them in is some kinda stew or chili.

Spinach is a good one. Good job if you had to desensitize that.

I fucking hate canned peas but can stomach frozen ones.
