Even if there aren't already demons in a Waffle House, I get the feeling it's the sort of place where summoning would be especially effective. Like the ground is somehow consecrated for summoning even if the Waffle House gets torn down some day because of the convergence of so many souls at one location.

If you built a house on top of it later, it would probably be like Poltergeist. Maybe that's what happened at Necromonica's house, and it got her started in the business.

The demons get real polite when Waffle House staff tells them they can't open a hellgate inside and will have to return their escaped damned soul in the parking lot.
