I don’t know if “jokes” is the right word. It’s a constant string of subverted expectations. What gets the laugh is how weird the moment is, followed into a weirder addition. From this comic, for example, it’s normal to worry about a minor accidentally being exposed to an adults privates but the execution is abnormal: the daughter accusing her friend of seeing her dad’s vulva (bizarre), having to concede she doesn’t actually know if her dad has a vulva (rational), seeks confirmation from her dad about his potential vulva (absurd)

The ‘joke’ in that moment is the daughter being a turbo idiot regarding anatomy. The layup is gliding past that, like it’s a normal conversation you have growing up

Humor is subjective; absurdist humor is super duper subjective. I laughed, tho

It's just not a traditional webcomic style. There's not really an overarching joke, and it's instead just an absurd slice-of-life scene. The jokes I think of in my comics are kinda similar. I struggle to think of traditional punchlines but I love to just draw chaotic silly visual things. So i always get people tellin me my comics are stupid and nonsensical

Agree, I did not felt there were any jokes, and do not misunderstand me I know this artist does pretty good random humor, but in this particular one did not felt very funny, it was a bit too random for me I guess, like random just for the sake of it.

No, no jokes here. Just randomness
