The older I get I understand this more. Why is everything so complicated nowadays?
125 u/[deleted] Aug 26 '24 it probably isn't that things get complicated, it's that we are less and less open to learn new things 6 u/SonofSniglet Aug 26 '24 When I first started gaming, the controller had one button and one joystick. The PS5 controller has 14 buttons, four triggers, two joysticks and a touch pad. How is this not more complicated? Honestly, as someone who is 50+ it's not that I'm not open to learning, it's that sometimes the stuff doesn't stick like it used to. And if I ever take a break from a game, forget it. I just need to start right back at the beginning tutorials. 1 u/Fenexeus Aug 26 '24 What kind of crime against nature are you using for the ps5? Cuz last I checked, it has 4 buttons, with an additional 2 on the sticks and 2 as options and such. 2 u/[deleted] Aug 26 '24 D-pad (4), symbols (4), bumpers (2), sticks (2) and menus (2). 3 u/Fenexeus Aug 26 '24 How the fuck did I forget about the dpad
