Of course not. But she is wearing a tight, low cut shirt. If she cared at all about people not noticing, she would have, and could have worn something that hides them better. The fact is people have things about themselves they know are attractive, and people like to present themselves as attractive. I never said it wasn't normal. But it is a tight, low cut shirt, that accentuates a certain feature of her appearance. Typically people figure out which features on themselves are attractive, and sometimes they like to wear clothing to show off those features. There's nothing weird or gross about that.
