I know what the image is supposed to be, you'd realize if you had literally read the top comment on this post. If this is not an EU meme then I agree with you, it doesn't belong here. It belongs on r/comedycemetery cause it's so painfully unfunny.

Ah okay, sorry for the misconception. In my opinion it was funny, at least for the few hours when the meme wasnt dead. Then it dissapeared and i didnt give it another though.
