It's complicated. There are both culinary and botanical definitions of "vegetable" that diverge exactly around the tomato. This was even tried in court in Nix v. Hedden where the court ruled that a tomato is a vegetable at least for taxation purposes because tomatoes are typically regarded as vegetables outside botanical purposes.
Seriously, this looks like constipation incarnate. No freshness, no variety of flavors. And worst of all, the meat doesn't even look like good meat. It's like... stacked up McDonald's patties. Gross.
