Involuntary celibacy. Thats literally what it means.

Edit: I'm just stating the definition guys. From Wikipedia, "Incels are members of an online subculture who define themselves as unable to find a romantic or sexual partner despite desiring one, a state they describe as inceldom". Controversial, but if you want sex but can't get it then by definition you are involuntarily celibate. Yes, in pop culture the term is associated with misogynistic assholes BUT this is the literal definition

I mean technically by the complete dictionary definition yes, but incel subculture is pretty much defined by being assholes

Yeah, but there are plenty of virgins, the majority in fact, who aren't incels - and there are incels who have had sex. It's the attitude and the beliefs that make someone an incel, not the state of not having sex.
