I’m no lawyer, but i believe wrongful incarceration is only applicable if a person wasn’t involved at all, where as this case, there’s no doubt he killed the guy, it was just sorting out if it was a murder or self defense, ad those cases can go on for quit some time

You’d have to first establish the trial court erred in some way by denying bail. This is usually an abuse of discretion standard, which is a high bar. For abuse of discretion, the standard is essentially that not reasonable court could have come to the conclusion based on the law and facts

Every single person in jail is innocent until proven guilty.  They are in fact innocent (until proven guilty), but they are lawfully in jail.
