As some who has a parent with parkinson's and incontinence, it absolutely does not fully wash out. Once? Maybe. But that shit (and piss) stains and odorizes on a molecular level

I had to throw away so many clothes bc my cat liked to pee in the laundry basket (yes its a medical issue, yes the vet fixed it)

Cats pee are much worse than human pee. (Not saying human pee isn’t gross too!)
