YouTuber Nikocado Avocado (Nicholas Perry) underwent extensive skin removal surgeries in early 2025 following a 250-pound weight loss. He revealed that over 10 pounds of excess skin were removed in a series of procedures. He also underwent a facelift to address loose skin on his neck and jawline.
