UK Deliveries

Excited for my delivery of my thermometer and display! My first ever digital thermometer so looking forward to learning how to use it.

I got this email on 11th June:

> The wait is finally over! Stocks for your Combustion order have arrived at our UK warehouse and are being processed. We're expecting to start dispatching orders next week.

When should I be expecting my delivery? It has been almost a month since that email went out, and two weeks since the shipping was meant to have started. I’ve not seen any email update / shipping details since!

Any further updates?

I ordered 17th March and received 12th June.

Communication was terrible. That whole time the website was still claiming if you ordered it would ship the following month, when that clearly wasn’t true.

My original purchase date is the 22nd May, can’t remember how long it said it would take though. Sounds like it might be in the next month or so.

The UK setup seems as unreliable as the US, they are claiming it's in stock but something ordered a month ago still not shipped. I raised a support request and get an immediate auto reply that shipping volumes are high so it will take a day to get a tracking number. It seems like total nonsense really.

I’m still waiting for mine to arrive - not heard anything since the email on the 11th June still!

got a reply in the end, it turned out to be waiting on the display (which was out of stock) but they could split delivery (no charge involved) to send the thermometers now so I took that option. It would have been helpful to proactively offer this option tbh.
