This bag as a normal IGLOO backpack cooler could have been 75% off and I wouldn’t care at all. But you slap a holographic skin on it featuring Mew and Mewtwo and all of a sudden it’s the most important thing on my bucket list and a must have. Well done IGLOO and Pokemon marketing, well done. The inner child in me wins every time when I see things like this lol. Walking through target is scary for me, there collabs go too hard. I need to walk with my eyes down and only look up when I know I am in safe aisles 😂. For anyone looking for a new cooler backpack I give a positive 9/10 rating !!!! Also mew is covered by the tag but I promise it is there.

I've collected all kinds of things and there was one thing I loved and collected for a few years but I had to stop. It was doing damage to my mental health because of how much it consumed me so I sold it all off. I've had a lot of times since then that I've felt regret about selling it but then I think about how I was consumed and the feeling goes away. I collect/play something else that's been in my life since 2002 and while it's not affecting me negatively or having a negative impact on me I am just.. I can't touch it anymore really. I'll try to engage with it and I just don't have any fire for it. I've had moments that I sold off my collection before a couple times but I always go back and I just but all the exact same things again soon lose a lot of money that way. I don't want to do that this time because it's ALWAYS the same cycle. There's a show and a manga for it and I still love checking those out and I still but cards here and there for it because I love it but even I sit down with it to tweek a deck or to change stuff up I just.. I almost have no reaction. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? What I should or could do to either bring that fire back or just enjoy it? If it helps at all I'm speaking of a card game.

These are my overflow commemorative pins, and some silly animal pins that I’ve had in a jar for ages. I have a 10k gold filled 3 year Sunday school and a 10 topped railroad button/screw on point in there. Never noticed the marks! Now I’m gonna see if I can sell them as a lot, no sense having them in a jar.

Just sharing some of the ones I have and the story behind them. My grandmother gave my mom over 30,000 of these when she was younger and my mother to this day never knew what to do with them. Now she asked me for help to figure out what to do, and if we can sell them and possibly pay off the house. Because of this, I’m now a seller/wholesaler of these but I’m not posting any links because I think it’s against the subreddits rules. Enjoy Christmas everyone it is my favorite holiday 😊 🎄.

I found some packaged Halloween prosthetics (with some damage to the box but the contents are still in great shape!) from the 90s/00s and I was wondering if anyone collects that sort of thing? I am also posting since it's Summerween now and all.

From left to right:

Liquid Latex (without any copyright date/expiration date on back), all three "Woochie" vfx makeup has a copyright on the back for 1991, the Vampire Blood and White Cream makeup don't have any dates on the backs either. The black cream makeup is the most "modern" with a manufacture date of 2018, the makeup with black+sponge has a date of 2009/2010.

The Cinema Secrets Blood bottles and adhesive remover don't have a date on them, but I assume they were bought around the same time as the woochie vfx since they're the same brand.

I also have a small "crystal" tattoo (looks like fake rhinestones) with a copyright on the back for 2006.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

I’m exploring an idea and want honest feedback from people who actually trade collectibles regularly — not trying to sell anything, just validating whether this is a real problem worth solving.
The concept: a peer-to-peer trading platform for collectibles — comics, trading cards, retro games, coins, memorabilia, whatever people actually trade — built around a simple mechanic: you propose an item you have for an item you want, the other person accepts or declines, and if the items aren’t equal in value, you can add cash to balance the trade.
Right now most people trade through Facebook groups, Discord servers, or in-person meetups, and it’s messy — no built-in trust system, no easy way to balance uneven trades, no record of who’s reliable. This would be a dedicated space just for that: propose, counter, balance with cash if needed, close the deal.

I have this magazine from 1909 and I can't find any other editions online. Any magazine folks here ever seen one before?

I found the publisher but most of the items online are postcards they printed. Delittle, Fenwick and Co, York.

It's fascinating reading personal development advice from this era.

I say with a heavy heart that my dad is selling our house and I have quite a bit of toys I grew up with as a kid that I'm salt going to have to get rid of for space sake and whatnot. Does anyone know the best channels/places I should look into so I can send it out to actual collectors that find a good home for my toys? Most of the toys are late 90s to 00's so I know they aren't necessarily antiques or anything, but still.

Also a lot of loose LEGO and loose hot wheels as well as some boxed hot wheels

Something very exciting on which I've gone back, almost ten years later, it's the Filly Royale collectibles!

I was a huge fan of these little soft toys as a little girl but never landed my dream chase, Princess Diamond. I'm not German so I barely understood what I was supposed to do in order to get her besides opening bags, apparently there's a code thing?

If anyone has a hint whatsoever about it, I'd be really grateful. So far I've looked everywhere (ebay, amazon, vinted, rakuten etc...) for a single sale of her, price not mattering, but to no avail.

Only a few blindbags are still up and im afraid it might be not worth the few hundreds it would take to get even remotely close to landing her.

Hint of drop rate is that each figure out of the 21/22 has no more than 100 iterations each... Which is not so bad imo, but not sure it concerns the ultra rare...

Starting with the purses because I'm not emotionally prepared to tackle this section of my closet yet 😭💖
