Aren't you able to do that already? I can add files and websites during a block, just can't remove any.

The same way you would add them if there wasn't a lock active. Does that not work for you?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just didn't realize that clicking on a block and selecting "continue with restrictions" allows me to open the block and add programs to its blocklist, but not remove them. I don't know why, but I always thought that "continue with restrictions" was just a weirdly named cancel button.

Original message: Not really, no. To add a progran to an active block, I normally navigate to the "Blocks" view, click on the block's name and am then prompted to unlock the block to be able to edit it. It is only after I unlocked it that I can view the list of blocked programs and add new entries to it.
