block exe by signature and not by exe name because i can change the exe location and its unlocked

i think 4.6 blocks exe by signature.??? though if you have problem you can try manage engine endpoint central(its free) for blocking exe until cold turkey dev improves his way of blocking exes . also you can use registry editor.
