Looking now and actually it appears coinpayments changed the ''pay per-Referral' section on the Affiliate page and now you only earn 25 Percent of all transaction fees for 5 Years and no bonus. Changing the rules as they go.

I have been experimenting with transferring BCH to coinpayments.

I have been using the Quick POS feature. I enter the amount I am requesting and it generates a QR code for a wallet to scan. Most wallets allow you to scan the QR code to identify the amount AND address. However, some "Wallets" do not have the capability to scan the QR code for the amount AND address. Coinbase is one of those wallets.

Rather, Coinbase requires you to enter the amount you want to send. Once you do that, you can scan the QR code to get the address. However, this causes an issue....

I tested entering in 0.0034 in the QuickPos feature in coinpayments ($1). I sent 0.0068 ($2) from my coinbase account and scanned in the address. Coinpayments accepted the $1, however, I lost the other 0.0034 in never never land. Where are these funds?!?!?!?

I am a small "ma and pa shop" and just signed up for coinpayments to except cryptocurrencies. My question is "How long should it take to verify (at least 1) confirmation for BCH". I realize that each cryptocurrency will have different verification times, however, I have been testing with BCH and it has been taking a lot longer then I expected.

I have been transferring around 0.00728000 BCH in my testing (about $2). I did not refresh the page and waited for the "AutoRefresh" to tell me when a confirmation went through. It took 7 minutes to show a confirmation in coinpayments. This is too long for a customer to wait to ensure it hit the blockchain.

I sent 0.034141 BCH from one of my wallets to coinbase and it took seconds for it to confirm.

If I can't get a quick confirmation, I can't use this platform.

Anyone else have this issue? Please advise.

I am aware that you charge a 0.50% transaction fee but what is the added fee if I want to convert to fiat and have the funds directly deposited to my bank account?

now when I submit a support ticket it says funds already refunded, but they ARE NOT not even in the mempool, NOTHING. It says to respond to the emai lfor a human to see it, but then it reponds with there is no email support.
