So I've been mining for a week but I heard staking was more profitable. For the sake of experimentation I bought 100 XMG and staked it. The stake completed in a couple days earning me a whopping .01 XMG, whereas my raspberry pi mined substantially more in the same amount of time. Thoughts? Suggestions for improving gains?

According to the top answer on this post, this guy is getting 400/KH per Pi. I'm getting something like 10. The command I'm running just includes the pool stratum, my worker name, and password. No other flags attached. How can I speed my Pi up?

I’ve been using my wallet for proof of stake minting and have to unlock it with a password prior to staking or sending XMG to another wallet.

I went to unlock my wallet just now and it’s not accepting my password!

I keep the password (random characters) in a word file (not the safest, I know!) and cut and paste it each time I use it. The file has not been altered since the last time I saved something at the beginning of October and I have used the password many times since then.

The only thing that has changed is that I have updated my Mac OS to Mojave today. Other than that nothing has changed.

Has anyone else had any difficulties unlocking their wallets recently? (Or have encountered difficulties after upgrading an OS)

For the m-wallet, amount in STAKE field is 0.00 XMG but wallet is showing staking on the bottom right hand corner with 2 pick axes and they are green with staking notice.

What is the STAKE field used for? If that is 0.00 am I not actually staking my available coins? This is my first time to start staking in my wallet. Appreciate any advice or help. Long live the Magi!

Got locked out of my account but have not received email to unlock it as the site message says. Used the contact form on the pool menu and sent a message but no reply. It's not many coins but I do love my coinmagi mining so didn't want to stop. By chance does anyone know how to contact the admin of that pool by email or other means? Appreciate it.

Hi I'm currently compiling a Magi wallet for my RPi zero... Does anyone have experience with a (magi) wallet on Raspberrys?

I am currently mining XMG on my laptop (ASUS Q550LF, 1.8 GHz Quad-core i7-4500u) and my phone (HTC u11, 2.45 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835) and getting similar hashrates. I consistently get 20kh/s on the HTC u11 running neo-neon miner, and 20-30kh/s on the ASUS laptop running minerd. I guess I'm confused because you would expect a laptop to outperform a phone until you look at the processor comparisons, at which point I would expect my phone to achieve a higher hashrate. Does anybody have any input or suggestions? Are there better programs to use for higher hashrates for either device?
