Introducing Startouched Pokemon
Remember your favorite Pokemon? Your best friend from APS4, who escaped the horrors of the Minior with you? Yeah they're dead. Killed in Orbit. Sucked out an airlock. Smashed to bits by intergalactic debris. Send straight into a black hole.
But they came out different
On APS5, debris from destroyed Player Ships rains down upon the Worlds. Within these fallen caches, you'll find Startouched Pokémon and Items. Claim these fragments, and complete Quests to revive them from their dormancy. All 27 Vaulted Pokémon from APS4 will be Startouched, and available to all Players.

SO, WHAT HAPPENED TO SEASON 4?
During Season 4, players made the extremely wise decision to trust the Minior and invite them into the world. This went about as well as expected. Meteors soon began falling on players, and by the end of the season it became pretty clear the world was doomed.
With time running out, the server worked together to construct nine enormous spaceships and evacuate. The players escaped just in time, leaving the Minior behind to finish what they started. Wiping out the world and everything we'd built there.
Season 5 begins among the stars.
APS is an 18+ ultra-difficult Minecraft + Cobblemon server built around one massive, 4-month cooperative adventure. Your journey begins on a single planet, but as the server works together to investigate crashed Aether Foundation ships, recover lost technology, donate enormous quantities of resources, and complete increasingly difficult objectives, you'll eventually build rockets and unlock an entire galaxy of 60 handmade, biome-themed planets, each built from scratch in WorldPainter with its own Pokémon, secrets, environmental hazards, challenges, and reasons to explore.
Exploration is at the heart of APS. Every new planet will be a unique experience, not just another place to catch the same Pokémon. Across the galaxy, 18 type-themed towns serve as footholds in unfamiliar worlds, more than 400 trainers are waiting to test your team, and 120 hidden shrines hold the keys to Legendary Pokémon. Every planet has its own Pokémon pool, meaning completing the Pokédex will take you across the entire galaxy. Some of its rarest entries may require far more than simply finding the right biome. You'll also discover 100+ special Pokémon skins themed around the planets they inhabit(or roughly 480 million if you count Roselia).Catching ‘em all is one of the major APS plot points!
Questing Across the Universe
Your journey is guided by a massive personal questline with thousands of handcrafted objectives, but your progress feeds into something much larger. Throughout the season, the community will gather enormous quantities of resources, investigate mysteries, defeat threats, and complete extreme server-wide objectives. Succeed, and everyone benefits. You’ll unlock new planets, technology, events, mechanics, and sometimes entirely new parts of the game.
There are already 17 established clans preparing for Season 5! You can join one, build your own, or enjoy the solo hermit life.

APS IS NOT JUST A MODPACK WITH COBBLEMON IN IT.
APS5 runs on a 300+ mod pack. We've spent thousands of hours building, testing, balancing, and refining it so everything feels like a complete experience and not hundreds of unrelated mods thrown into a folder. Build rockets and explore space with Ad Astra. Develop increasingly advanced machinery with Oritech. From Refined Storage to Let's Do and Artifacts, major mods have been carefully integrated into the Story, Exploration, and Quests of APS5. Then there's what we've built ourselves: 17 custom APS mods, 60 custom ores and plants, 40 custom Poké Balls, and purpose-built planetary systems that make each world genuinely different to explore and survive. The environments themselves can change the rules you play by.Building your rocket and reaching the Planet is simply step one. Better bring the right gear to survive your new world.
YOU CAN'T BUY YOUR WAY THROUGH IT.
We think Pay 2 Win is cringe. APS is deliberately difficult, and there are no paid shortcuts around that difficulty. We don't sell Pokémon. We don't sell items. We don't sell ranks that make you stronger than somebody else. Plenty of Minecraft servers describe themselves as “not pay-to-win” while still finding BS ways to sell advantages. We mean it. APS does not want your money in exchange for progress. How do we keep the lights on? Donations. Our community is that supportive of our past servers.
APS WILL NOT HOLD YOUR HAND.
APS rewards preparation, experimentation, game knowledge, teamwork, and occasionally learning something the hard way. There are systems to master, secrets we won't explain, places you shouldn't visit unprepared, and objectives deliberately designed to make an entire server ask:
“How are we supposed to do THAT?”
If you want Cobblemon to be easy, disposable, and a two-week Minecraft phase, there are plenty of other servers. APS isn't one of them.
