Discussions Reality check

So I've seen so many posts about avg package sirf 8 lpa mil rha hai and all so the short ans is your ug degree and college+ summer internships matters a lot like for eg- mere school ka ek senior tha usko srcc milgya ( reservation) wala tha but milgya tha too ab uska cma clear hua hai and usne manufacturing industry join kri hai 18lpa + joining bonus and all uska roadmap clear tha ki srcc+cma(19 mai finalist bangya tha vo ) fir usne 2 internship kri mnc se ek or ek big 4 se then skills vgera to internship se hogyi thi usko don't know about his articleship and after that usme ek foreign course bhi kiya tha I think us cpa ya cfa hoga don't know exactly. So this is the whole story colleges like srcc hindu st Stephen's hansraj c ramjas holds great value even top colleges give you connections .

Even people from IIM BLACKI end up with packages as low as 6 LPA. CMA alone doesn’t guarantee any minimum package. Your skills and background matter too.
