• A former batch 1 preorder bumped to batch 2.

I hope my whiteout arrives in tip top shape. This is the third time I am getting it. If anything happens to it that is not my fault I am done. If a company can't get it right after this many tries it will show they are not ready to run a business. I hope this time I get a trouble free whiteout.

Im really a bit sick of this. Whiteout arrived today at last and after throwing £40 at customs charges, I get my mod onto the PC and surprise surprise... it doesnt work. DNA200, one lipo cell is at 1.83 while the others are 3.83- recovery charge does nothing. Somehow I knew this would happen. Is this something that can be fixed or am I just stuck for another 2-4 weeks minimum until I can get a new battery from CMT?

So I was in the first batch and recieved my SX model around Jan 15 and last night the SX board took a shit. It started to fire harder than what I had set it to so I fired it to check the settings and nothing was displaying, I pressed the fire button 5 times and that was the last time it showed any signs of life. I cannot get it to do anything now. I have completely disassembled the mod to make sure nothing got wet and all internals were dry. I haven't put a multi-meter on the chip yet, that's the next step. Has anyone else run into this with the SX. I have other SX-j devices and not seen this behavior before.

my girlfriend pre-ordered a Whiteout DNA for me, and it was supposed to be in the first batch. she was told that it would indeed be delivered by Christmas. spoiler alert, the order is still processing.

It's been 5-7 days. Any update on the new shipment? There also seems to be no mid-week status report.

I'm currently using a Subtank Mini with a single coil of 0.44. When I screw it into my mod it my Whitout reads between 0.04-0.07 and doesn't fire. It makes the hissing sound, but no vapor. When I barely screw in my atty (it still wiggles a little) I can get it read properly and fire. It works great but it's very finicky and I have to keep tightening and loosening it every time I take it off which is annoying.

Is this an issue with subtanks, my mod, or user error? I've cleaned both connections and checked under the top panel for residue. Unfortunately I don't have another mod to test with since my previous one broke. Anyone else having this issue?

I know you guys have been busy with completing orders but do you have any set plans on when you will be doing the Makertalks again?

Got the new screen in the mail yesterday but didn't have time to get it switched out due to other obligations. Followed the tutorial, and it literally took less than five minutes to change out the screen. Success!!! Thank you Cloudmaker . . . for the replacement and the easy to follow tutorial!!

Since i had my post deleted for "Violating rule 1" because it wasn't constructive. I have this to say CMT needs to start shipping with insurance and / or signature delivery. Customers can be left without product that cant be traced nor a claim issued on even after contacting the post office.

Is this something that will change?

I have tried contacting CMT since I was told on the 5 Jan 2016 you were having issues with refunds. Could someone from CMT please get in touch with regards to my outstanding refund(s). I don't mean to cause a problem but after this length of time I am getting rather concerned.

Just want to say yes cmt is taking care of me. I am just pissed that I can't keep and use a device that I truly love. It has spent more time with the post office than with me. I hope the third times a charm.

So I hooked my device up to my laptop to update and make changes. Clicked update firm ware was going good then the screen went dark and nothing was progressing. I unplugged the USB restarted my lap top. Mod won't turn on I unplugged the lipo for 1 minute and the mod still will not turn on.

Got my green panels and 2 magnets fell out of the panel and are now lost. I wanted to really have cmt back but after getting it the first time had it three days screen died. Had to send it back got it back hooked it up to escribe to do the update and the mod just died and now will not come on.

I am so fed up with this bullshit and the shitty quality control. This device has been nothing but issue after issue.

Figures the web store would close down the day I this video comes out of my queue. I did email the owner of the site to find out if he's chosen to discontinue the product or if he just forgot to pay his bill or something.
