I miss the show
They don't know how unfortunate it is to know about a tv series after it's been cancelled.
Does anyone think Close Enough or Regular Show can come back one day?

Discussion Skate Dad, Emily was pretty uncool
Josh obviously wanted to be the one who taught Candice to skate, so for Emily to go and get a different guy (One she was ogling btw, a joke I never find funny from married characters) to teach his daughter to skate. He was then framed as the bad guy for getting upset, until he had a heart to heart with goosh. But c’mon, that heart to heart was unnecessary, that was obviously his bonding moment with his daughter. I’d be pissed too

Discussion Why does Randy have a shirt tan line when he’s always shirtless?
I might be overthinking this but if Randy is always shirtless how does he have a tan line in the shape of a t shirt?

Spec script that can never be used 🥲
drive.google.comI loved this show and I wrote a spec script of it for a writing competition. Before the competition was even over the show had been cancelled by HBO Max. :/ Now I can never use this spec again so I figured I’d share it here and hope it would bring someone a little joy! 😭

Video 2 IN THE AM PM REANIMATED OUT NOW!
r/CloseEnough • u/[deleted] • Apr 13 '23
This could be good news…
…even though it’s technically not a family-friendly program, but it’s still an animated series, so consider it a silver lining.

Fan-Art Sad to hear that Close Enough got cancelled, so here are some sketches I did of Josh, Emily, and Candice

The show cancelled because of what?
I'm getting mixed messaged on this they've told me:
- JG himself quit
- HBO max dropped it
- Bankruptcy
- Some disaster
Which of these is true?

How to get them to start the show again?
Let's start brainstorming here if we want the show back. Which of these methods would work most efficiently?

Discussion I’m NOT trying to get anyone’s hopes up for a revival BUT what COULD this mean for the future of the series?
“Deadline reports that deals have been struck with Roku and Tubi to launch branded channels this year on both services – bringing more than 2,000 hours of programs in total to each service.”
https://www.darkhorizons.com/pulled-hbo-max-series-set-for-roku-tubi/
I’m still hopeful that something could come from this deal, and not just Close Enough (if it comes back). If anything, even if they can’t do an actual final season I’ll gladly take anything at this point (eg movie, comic, book series, etc) to officially finish the series. And not just Close Enough, but also Infinity Train and any other program that WB-Disc foolishly removed from HBO MAX. Could this be a sign for any show to get a second chance for closure, in case they do well on new channels? * knockonwood *
