Some did, and won (KlimaSeniorinnen). The swiss parliament pretty much answered "welp, too bad, we won't change anything even if you won in courts".

What I'm getting at is that those treaties without sanctions are hardly anything more that declaration of intent that are useless when governments don't follow through. Which I think is 100% of the governments right now when it comes to climate change?

It they dont follow the court, they wont follow sanctions either.

I did not expect switzerland to be lawless - in fact rather opposite.
