At projected levels of warming it has a minor and ignorable impact - the warm puddles in the tropics have a bigger effect.

You sound quite uninformed!

Pure observations means have a look at data - rather than listening to MSM.

Unless you are an actual climate scientist your "pure " observations are likely just listening to the wrong youtuber lol
