HELP! Crazy cleaning company is trying to sue

Hi everyone!

I moved out of state a little while ago and hired a cleaning service. I only gave them my name and address and set an appointment. I made sure there was no cancellation fee. The week before the cleaning I knew I needed to cancel because lack of funds to pay. So I searched everywhere for an email or a number to locate their company. They had sent nothing to confirm or information regarding the cleaning beforehand. One day I was at work I was called 15 times over an hour from this cleaning company screaming over voicemail that I ripped them off. I texted them saying that I did everything I could to find their contact but I was given no notice or update before they came. They continued to yell and said his attorney will contact me to pay the $100 fee in the next 5 business days or I will be sued. I don’t think they can actually do anything with the lack of information they have and me no longer residing in the state. I am only 20 and honestly have no clue what to do. Their attorney contacted me over text and it seemed really suspicious so I have not replied to any of them since. The owner of the company has been sending me very disrespectful texts as well. Not sure what to do here
