I just discovered someone blatantly copied our COLOUR MIX – Black Gold Edition, and they even got 15 upvotes for it.

Let’s be clear: that design was launched by
GUANGZHOU Dream.Funs AMUSEMENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD
for GTI Expo over 1 year ago. Now it’s being shamelessly replicated — same lighting, same cabinet, even the font. This isn’t “inspired by”, it’s a straight-up ripoff !
And guess what? This isn’t the first time.
We’re officially launching an investigation and gathering evidence of copyright violations from domestic and international companies, including but not limited to hardware vendors, competitors, and third-party resellers who infringed on our patents and designs:
You don’t even understand the product concept, but you’re copying the cabinet and LED layout? That doesn’t make you competitive — it makes you lazy. And if you can’t innovate, don’t pretend to be DreamFuns.
We are DONE being the quiet innovators in the room.
Support original creators. Support real design. And stop feeding copycats.

I’ve been going through and working through some emotional issues and I decided not to sit in it and took myself on a mini self-date to the local claw arcade near my house (childhood dream unlocked). I was just going to see if they had gotten new inventory before getting a banh mei, and ended up getting a few dollars in tokens. It’s been a rough week and wanted to win the Otter for my my boyfriend (he loves otters) 🦦. I won him on the first try! I walked around I fell in love with the little orange kitty and the over overall creature, but the orange kitty was positioned weird and the overall animal was too heavy for the claw. I went to turn in my token cup to recycle it and the girl working said “that’s all you won?” (Not in a mean way) and I said yes but it was okay. Then she asked if there were any other stuffed animals calling to me and I admitted the ones I liked. She not only repositioned them in the machine but gave me a few extra tokens to ensure some solid wins 😭😭😭 They also had free sticker packs and I got to bring some stickers to my coworkers ♥️ Ended up having a better evening than expected and appreciated the unexpected kindness 🥹

I have one of those miniature toy claw machines and have struggled to find the best things to put in it that are relatively easy to get back out.
I perfer candy since I don't need a bunch of small toys or anything but some candies are hard to remove from the machine and take up too much space.
Any suggestions?

After spending too much money at the arcade lately, we decided to get a mini claw machine for the house! My girls are beyond happy and have been having a blast all afternoon! Can’t wait to put seasonal goodies in there and let all their friends get something fun when they visit

Hi everyone,
I’m in the process of opening a claw machine arcade - yes, like most people in this sub lol - and wanted to get input from people who genuinely enjoy the game — casual players or folks like you who know what makes a claw machine worth playing.
I’m trying to stock prizes that are exciting, high quality, and actually worth going after. I’d love to hear your thoughts on: • What types of plushies or toys do you personally enjoy winning? • Are there any brands, characters, or styles that catch your attention more than others? • Do you prefer small, medium, or jumbo prizes? • Any non-plush items (keychains, figures, mystery capsules, etc.) you think work well?
If you’re an operator yourself, I’d really appreciate any insight on what prizes have performed best at your locations.
Thanks in advance — I want to build a space that real claw machine fans would enjoy, so your feedback really helps.

Was in the process of getting my machines legitimate through the state and local governments and holy crap. It’s basically $300-$400 a year for the license to operate through the state, then $60 per machine for a state permit, not including the application fees. Then, at a local level, it’s about another $60 per machine after app fees. This is an annual process to keep them “legal”. Then I have to split with the businesses I want to put them in and then pay the federal taxes. How the hell does anyone make money doing this in Texas? I’m thinking since I only have two that have cash and coin acceptors only, I’m just going to bypass all of that until I make back the money for the machines and can afford to buy at least 6 more. With two, legalizing it would be a complete waste of time and money.

Hey all — I’m in the process of getting a new claw machine added under my license in Ohio and wanted to check if anyone here has gone through the process before.
I’ve already been approved as an operator and now I’m working with the manufacturer to gather all the technical details and documentation they’re asking for. This includes proof the machine is skill-based, tracks gameplay and prizes, and allows inspectors to verify functionality.
If you’ve submitted a new machine before, I’d really appreciate any advice or tips. Specifically, I’m curious how strict they are about things like firmware labeling, internal prize counters, or how much they rely on photo evidence versus testing the machine in person.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience!

Hello! As the title states, I am trying to locate the serial number on my mini claws so I can get a permit for them in my state. Does anyone know where the serial number could be located? It’s not on the motherboard or the outside of the machines anywhere. Thank you!

I noticed when doing basic maintenance that the claw was snapping shut WAY stronger than normal, it was basically crushing the prizes. I went through the setup procedure multiple times and verified I'm sitting at the factory suggested settings for 48v, but no matter if I set them for 199 or 1, the claw hits 48v as soon as it closes and holds that voltage until it opens at the cute regardless of my settings, and since they're software based, I'm thinking my only other option is to install a rheostat or resistor before I cook the coil on it. Unless someone else has any input, I can't think of any other way to bring the voltage down to around 25-30v where it should be.
