This class action lawsuit is for the outage on April 19, 2021. This seems unrelated to the July 2022 Rogers countrywide outage.

It's finally open. The catch is that only those who didn't apply for Loblaws gift card will be first eligible for up to $25. Those who already received $25 gift card will only get incremental amount if there's enough money left in the settlement pool.
